ABOUT THE PROPERTY
Toledo Countryside Hotel is an elegant and intimate picturesque countryside resort situated in a quiet town only 160 kilometers from Madrid in the prominent province of Toledo.
The 3 hectare compound is built on the outskirts of a typical quaint Spanish town of approximately 600 inhabitants with distant views of the Sierra de Gredos, a remote scenic mountain range. Since its opening in 2005, the hotel offers guests the opportunity to reserve rooms in a separate Spanish style courtyard like structure with its landscaped garden or enjoy the privacy of an individual deluxe villa elegantly decorated.
Its iconic 19th-century building is the original olive oil extraction mill now renovated into the reception area slash souvenir shop with the original antique machinery as part of the decor.
The hotel staff pride themselves in offering guests a quiet romantic experience and fun activities in the surrounding area: golf, horseback riding, hunting, trekking, hiking, bike rides, fishing, or just visit nearby towns and enjoy the national heritage sites and savory cuisine.
The hotel is also a perfect retreat for corporate clients, weddings and other festive gatherings or a staging area for the odd traveler on their journey to Portugal, two and half hours away on the motorway.
